Sound Bath Experience

A sound bath is an immersive listening experience where the sounds of drums, gongs, chimes, and sound bowls wash over you. This vibrational sound experience helps to reduce stress and will leave you feeling refreshed. Feel free to bring anything that would make you feel comfortable as we will be laying on the floor (yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, socks etc.)
